These terms govern your relationship with Bharat Hyundai (an authorised dealer of Hyundai Motor India Ltd.), including all sales, service, and digital interactions.

All vehicle purchases are subject to availability and Hyundai Motor India Ltd. allocation. Bharat Hyundai facilitates the sale of new Hyundai vehicles as per manufacturer norms.

• Vehicle bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on manufacturing and logistics.
• Vehicle colors, features, and specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice.
• All vehicles are subject to applicable government taxes and levies at the time of delivery.
• Cancellation of booking may attract charges as per the prevailing dealership policy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Ex-showroom prices exclude registration charges, insurance, and other levies.

• Prices are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer revisions or government policy.
• Finance and EMI options are subject to third-party bank and NBFC approval.
• Down payment and processing fee terms vary based on the financial institution.
• Exchange/trade-in value is assessed at the time of transaction and is non-binding until confirmed in writing.
• Bharat Hyundai is not responsible for pricing errors on third-party platforms.

Bharat Hyundai provides authorised service for Hyundai vehicles at our service centres. All work is performed by trained technicians using genuine Hyundai spare parts.

• Service appointments are recommended and subject to slot availability.
• Estimated costs are provided before work commences; actual costs may vary based on the vehicle's condition.
• Bharat Hyundai is not liable for pre-existing defects or damage discovered during servicing.
• Vehicles left unattended for more than 30 days post-service completion may incur parking charges.
• Use of non-genuine parts or unauthorised modifications voids applicable warranty.

New Hyundai vehicles come with a standard manufacturer warranty as specified by Hyundai Motor India Ltd. Bharat Hyundai facilitates warranty claims as an authorised service dealer.

• Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are as prescribed by Hyundai Motor India Ltd.
• Warranty claims require valid service history and proof of ownership.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
• Certified pre-owned vehicles (Hyundai Promise) carry their own warranty as specified at purchase.
• Bharat Hyundai reserves the right to assess warranty eligibility before processing any claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bharat Hyundai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

• We are not responsible for any loss of data from connected vehicle systems.
• Information on our website is provided in good faith but may not always be complete or up to date.
• Reliance on website content for purchase decisions should be verified with our sales team.
• Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the invoice value of the product or service in question.

Bharat Hyundai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
